What: The climate and weather experts of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration will unveil the official 1999 year-end weather statistics, highlighting temperature and precipitation figures and trends on a national, regional and global scale. In addition, the experts will reveal NOAA's top ten U.S. and global weather/climate events of the 20th Century.
