FY 1999 Budget Request of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

In 1999, NOAA will complete 100 percent of its contribution in planning, authoring, and reviewing the first international assessment of air quality. NOAA's contribution includes the communication of scientific findings from NOAA's Health of the Atmosphere research on the topic of rural ozone chemistry.
